What's included
- Experienced riders only
- Instructor kiting with you the entire time
- 4x4 transfer accompanying the group on the sand (support and return)
- Price equivalent to 3 hours of kite lessons
- Route confirmed on the day, based on wind and tide
Two routes
Preá → Jeri: You start from Preá, one of the region's best-known spots, and ride with the wind to Jeri beach. It's the classic downwind route of the region and ends with the village and dunes on the horizon.
Jeri → Guriú: The opposite direction from the village, heading west toward Guriú. A wilder stretch, with far fewer people in the water.
Experienced riders only
The downwind runs for several kilometers of open coast, with strong wind and no support structure along the way. That's why it's only recommended for those who already navigate independently: you control the kite well, can ride upwind, and know how to handle surprises. If you're still learning, a kite lesson is your best option.
How the 4x4 support works
A 4x4 vehicle accompanies the group on the sand throughout the entire route. It carries your gear, provides support if you need to stop, and handles the return transfer. The instructor kites alongside you, monitors conditions, and adjusts the pace.
The price is the same as a 3-hour lesson, per rider, and already includes instructor and 4x4 transfer. The final route is confirmed on the day, based on wind and tide.
